Newcastle aim to show cup form

Newcastle manager Glenn Roeder yesterday admitted that he is baffled by his
team's inability to reproduce their cup form in the Premiership this season.
德哥昨天承認，連他自己都不知道為什麼我們外戰很內行可是內戰卻外行到不行。
Roeder's side have won only two Premiership games this season and have
slumped to second-bottom on the table but have proved invincible away from
the Premiership. They have advanced to the quarter-finals of the Carling Cup
and are on the verge of securing a place in the last 32 of the Uefa Cup.
紐卡斯爾只有在聯賽中贏過兩場，然後就一直往下降，現在已經降到降級區裡了。
但是很詭異的是在聯賽以外的比賽沒有一場輸過....
老鼠盃現在已經晉級，Uefa Cup也幾乎是篤定出線。
"I'll be honest, like the rest of the club, we're mystified why our cup
results have been so good and the Premiership results haven't been good,"
Roeder said, ahead of today's trip to Manchester City.
"我也不知道啊，就像其他人想的一樣。我們都覺得這一切真是很詭異啊...
為什麼我們的杯賽打的很威可是聯賽卻總是打的很虛...."
德哥在出發去曼城之前這樣說了.....
"After we beat Palermo they beat Sampdoria and go joint top of Serie A and we
lose to Sheffield United. You can't put your finger on it exactly, it's a
mystery.
在我們贏了巴勒莫之後我們現在已經是A組的第一名，但我們回來就輸給了謝聯。
這一切真的太神秘了.....
"We're getting terrific cup results but not in the Premiership. Individual
errors cost us earlier in the season, but of late we've not scored enough
goals.
我們在杯賽打的很好可是聯賽卻打的很爛。這一個賽季剛開始的時候很多球員個人的
失誤打擊了我們。而在之後我們沒有足夠的進球....(應該是幾乎都沒進球....=_=)
"We've just had a poor start to the season in the league. The target's to try
to win one of the cups and I'm hoping for a home draw on Saturday which will
help." 以下略.....
我們聯賽已經開局很差了，但我們想試著拿到一個杯賽冠軍。
索內斯上次是在今年2月的時候作客3-0輸給曼城，然後回去就被火掉。
之後就由德哥暫代主教練職務。

總之，這場比賽要用必死的決心去打贏啊......T^T
