Number one, two, three and four from the latest terminated season in
Denmark (SAS Ligaen), Norway (Tippeligaen) and Sweden (Allsvenskan) are
qualified to participating in the Royal League.
丹麥、挪威、瑞典三個聯賽當中前四名，可以參加下一個賽季的皇家聯賽
The 12 participating teams are distributed in three groups.
這十二個隊伍會被分配到三組當中
Number one and two from each country are placed in the same group.
Number three and four from each country are distributed with one team in
each of the other groups.
各國聯賽的前兩名將會放在同一個小組內（驚！原來不是抽籤啊！）
至於第三名和第四名則被放到另外兩個小組
From the season to come Royal League has decided to introduce quarter- and
semifinals instead of the previous group stage two.
從05/06賽季開始，皇家聯賽將取消第二循環小組賽
（上賽季是兩個最佳小組第一名打決賽）
改成重新抽籤決定八強
大家都知道這三個國家仍舊保有君主制度
所以這個聯賽也被叫做三皇會戰，呃，跟拿破崙無關
我是說這個聯賽叫做「皇家聯賽」
丹麥現任君主：Queen Margrethe II
挪威現任君主：Harald Ⅴ
瑞典現任君主：Carl XⅥ Gustaf
