Don't be afraid of losing memory.
The past has been long gone anyway.
Though you and I will never be the same as we were,
the inertial thoughts may lead us toward the predictable future.
The precious moment can only last
a little bit longer than
the sporadic lightning in the early spring.
Nothing stays forever
is the only doctrine I dare guarantee.
This reality and truth
constantly comforts
countless souls that are fearing imminent changes
always here and there.
There is no true self
permanently existent.
The one who is speaking and writing this poem
is also doomed to expire
within the expected life expectancy.
