A little fish

A little fish peeped through the lucid fish tank
to explore the unreachable realm
where its ancestors came from.
The rivers surged over the rocks, manned villages,
and eventually the estuary.
The open ocean welcomed aquatic creatures' visit,
diversity shown in versatile species
Billions years had gone
the unknown stories were never told
evolutionary theories having been developed
no matter if the little fish were in or out of the fish tank
A philosophical question burgeoned in the tiny fish brain.
What am I and why am I the one right here?
The inquisitive mind incepted the metaphysical journey.
Curious little fish
is showing its cute interest in going back to the sea
though none human would pay the least concern to this humble wish.
