而是他把睡覺的時間都放在注視小Lennon的一舉一動上
太陽報的記者在東京某旅館訪問Liam的時候
驚訝地發現Liam現在簡直變成一個十足的慈父了
十句話有九句都是有關Lennon,Patsy以及他們的居家生活
"我會在這裡唯一的原因也都是為了他,
我已經不缺乏任何東西了--我有成萬的鞋子和八台小綿羊--他是我動力的泉源,
我所做的一切都是為了他."
"當我看到他健健康康地活著,而且總是很開心似地微笑著,我心中就有一種說不出
的感動,彷彿我得到了上天最大的祝福和恩賜,這對我來說才是最重要的."

讓我明瞭到自己是多麼地幸運.他現在還沒有長頭髮不過等他大一點我會親自
為他修剪,他將不需要理髮師就會有擁有全世界最酷的髮型..."
"當他向我微笑的時候我感受到生命的悸動,他是那麼樣美麗,我無法把視線移開...
我期望他將來也成為樂團的一員,但我當然不會給他太大的壓力囉."

LIAM GALLAGHER sips a Guinness and admits he hasn't been sleeping much.
But it's not because he's been out on "mad fer it" 24-hour cocaine binges.
These days Liam spends his nights curled up in bed, gazing adoringly at baby
Lennon.
But not tonight - nor for the next hundred or so, either. In a few hours' the
lads kick off their six-month Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants world tour.
I'm talking to the Oasis frontman in the bar of Tokyo's Okura Hotel and an
excited Liam, naturally, has loads to say.
But the conversation keeps coming back to his and wife Patsy Kensit's beloved
five-month-old son, who's back in England.
And the former wild man of rock tells me: "The only reason I'm here is for
Lennon.
"I don't need anything - I've got millions of trainers and eight scooters. He
is my motivation. I'm doing it all for my little boy.
"I realise I'm blessed. He's alive, healthy and happy and smiles all the
time. That's all that matters.
"I'm with him all the time when I'm at home. He sleeps with me in bed and I
stay up all night just staring at him and realising how lucky I am. He hasn't
got any hair at the moment but when he's older I'm going to cut it. He's
never going to a barber's but he'll have the coolest haircut going.
"I just want the best for him. As long as I can sing and look after him I'm
happy.
"With money, it either ends up going up your nose or coming out of your a***
but I want to safeguard his future.
"That's why when I'm in London, I don't go out any more. I like staying in
with him. All celebrities are w*****s anyway so I don't want to go out with
them.
"I just want to protect him. That's why I don't smoke in the house any more.
Most evenings, you'll find me out in the garden having a fag, or puffing away
in the shed.
"When Lennon smiles at me, I realise that's what life's about. He's
beautiful. I can't stop looking at him. I'd love him to be in a band or
something but I won't be putting any pressure on him."
Liam still looks the same - the dark mane, pristine white Puma trainers,
jeans and flowery shirt.
But being a dad has made him more responsible and sympathetic to other young
dads.
He's even got something nice to say about Man United's David Beckham, arch
rival of Liam's beloved Manchester City. Puffing on a B&H, the 27-year-old
star tells me: "When I heard about the death threat on Brooklyn I had
sympathy for David. I hate him because he plays for Man U but that threat was
below the belt.
"I've never met Posh Spice or any of the Spice Girls and I'm in no hurry to,
either. I don't think Posh is that good-looking really. Which one's Mel B
again?" I presume he's joking.
