很簡單明瞭的對話...所以不翻囉! 那個主持人的問題也蠻無聊的... 銬~所以Liam又在瘋言瘋語了-_-~ Patsy "Gallagher" BBC Ozone interview with Noel and Liam Gallagher, Courtesy of Julieanne Savage, Noelrock mailing list Tuesday 28th March 2000, Paris. Interviewer: Jane Middlemiss JM Tonight they play here at the Bataclan in Paris for a crowd of 1800. BUt now they've ditched the rock n roll behaviour and look more interested in raising families than raising hell, it's tempting to ask whether Oasis can still be the giants they once were. JM(主持人) We've brought you to a very posh room... NG(Noel) Aye JM Is your room like this? NG It's not quite as small as this, no. LG(Liam) Mine's about five times bigger than this. JM Thought so. Liam said you'd have a bigger room than this. NG I always have a bigger room. JM Cos you're the gaffer NG Well I am the govnor and I have to get my extremely large ego through two doors I think JM Right, your new single LG Rubbish! JM Right LG Don't buy it! JM Are you gonna be serious now? LG It's great, fantastic, go and buy it. JM So what's it like being back on the road then? LG Really good. Best it's ever been actually. Everyone's happy, everyone's in a good mood, everyone's being nice to each other which makes a change JM Are you still the biggest band in the UK? NG Um, well we're not... In terms of record sales we're probably not... JM Important wise NG Important? I tell you what's the funny thing about being in Oasis right, is when we first started off we were hailed as the new Beatles, and second of all we were the U2 it was alright to like, and now we're a younger version of the Rolling Stones, i.e. the records don't do too well but you can still come and see us at Wembley JM Go Let It Out and Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants both entered the charts at number one but ever since the disappointingly average Be Here Now the music press have been lining up to have a pop at Oasis. LG The critics have never liked us JM That is not true. LG Believe you me darlin', when I first joined this band they hated us, they always hate Northern people, that's the way it is but I don't care you know what I mean. Some of them come round, some of them don't, you know, I don't care what the critics say. Cos I know my bands' cool. JM Why d'you think the tide seems to turn though? LG Why? Cos we've still not, we've still not give in have we to how they want us to play the game? And we never will do. Because it's not about what they think, it's about us making music. People think that we're this phenomenam thing like, that's it, we're a rock 'n' roll band, we'll be around for the next ten years making great albums whether people like it or not. We're not puppets you know what I mean. JM How has your life changed since you have given up, not only drugs, but you've left London as well? NG Yeah, um, for me it's not, I tend to remember things a lot more. To me the band's become more important now, and the music and I've actually started to re-learn how to play the guitar, cos I never used to spend no time at all just sitting and playing guitar on me own cos I was always out, and if I wasn't out I was always in bed recovering from being out. So I spend most of my days now just sort of sitting and re-learning how to play the guitar really. You can just hear the millions of people back home going 'Yeah, it's about f***ing time un all'. JM Well you seem to have mellowed a lot cos you're a Dad now LG Yeah, I don't think that's changed me that much you know, I think about things before I do 'em, but that's not much of a change you know what I mean. I think about it, then I still do it. JM Be considerate LG Yeah, yeah, but you know I'm enjoying being a Dad and that's fantastic, you know I'm gonna be a great Dad, and that's cool, but you know, it's still rock 'n' roll. And as for the music, I'm still f***ing mad fer it. JM What do you think of the music scene now in Britain? LG Rubbish! JM Why? LG Cos we're not... well it's great now we're back and that but you know, it's been rubbish ain't it? I think that, you know, Travis are good, you know, but they don't you know, there's nothing... you know what I mean? Stereophonics are alright, but there's nothing 'urr' you know what I mean? We're f***ing great, cos we're got 'urr', you know what I mean, Richard Ashcroft's great cos he's got 'urr'. You need that 'urr'; I don't know what the 'urr' is but you need is. JM Now, I've gotta ask yer... LG Go on JM You know what I'm gonna ask yer? LG Come on JM Robbie Williams LG (Grunts) JM Are you tempted just to smack him? LG I'm not tempted to do anything. JM Well what d'you think about what he did at the Brits? LG What did he do? Clip of Robbie Williams at Brits: "Would anybody like to see me fight Liam?" LG I heard about him offering money, what bloody money. Clip of Robbie Williams at Brits: "Liam, a hundred grand of your money, a hundred grand of my money we'll get in the ring and we'll have a fight and you can all watch it on TV. What d'you think about that?" LG I don't think, you see, he's got a hundred thousand pound. I dunno what he's talking about, he's way out of his league there - boy! You know what I mean, so no, there'll be no fight. I said, listen, I don't like going on about things, like he does, I said my bit at the airport, and I stand by it and I won't say another word about it. JM What do yer say? LG I said when I see him, I'm gonna break his nose. And that is it. Next question. JM But I don't understand why yers fell out! LG (Getting up) Next question! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.twbbs.org) ◆ From: stmail.fju.edu.tw
