Rock group Oasis cancelled their gig in Barcelona tonight because drummer
Alan White is suffering from swollen tendons.
White, who joined the band in December, was advised by doctors not to play at
the city's Palacio de la Comunidad after being diagnosed with tendinitus.
The group's spokesman said the show has been rescheduled for July 4.
Doctors expect White to be fully recovered for the next Oasis concert, in
Paris on Tuesday.
The band are halfway through a 70-date tour to promote their fourth album,
Standing on the Shoulder of Giants, which was released in February.
All tickets from tonight's gig are valid for the rescheduled date, or fans
can obtain a full refund, added the spokesman.
