NOELS NEW GIRLFRIEND
18 Oct - Noel's new girlfriend, 29 year old girlfriend, Sara MacDonald, has
talked openly for the first time about her new relationship. She spoke to
The Sun at the launch of the Q magazine awards.
"We are an item. Noel has had a hard year and it's been difficult for him but
we're getting on very well and he seems happier. There have been problems with
the band and obviously his marriage but I think I've helped him. People think
of Noel as this strict sergeant-major type but he's a lovely man. I think he's
bossier when he's with the band but he's gentle and caring with me.
"I was going to drag him along tonight but he's in the studio working on stuff"
It's weird to think I'm going out with Noel Gallagher but he's just a normal
guy to me. We've known each other for a while as friends but got together a
few months ago. I was working in Ibiza at the club Manumission and there was a
mutual attraction. It is obviously early days and we've tried to keep a low
profile but our relationship is very deep. He's a great person to be around.
We keep thinking, oh, let's go out publicly and be photographed together. I was
going to drag him along tonight but he's in the studio working on stuff. Now
we're going to wait until the Q Awards which should be a lot of fun. It will be
a real coming out."
