OASIS SINGLE HOPES SLIDE AWAY
OASIS have delayed the release of their comeback single until the New
Year.
Speaking previously, songwriter Noel Gallagher had stated that the
group intended to release an unconfirmed track to roughly coincide
with the group's tenth anniversary 'club' shows in the UK next month.
However, a spokesperson for the group told NME.COM this morning
(September 18) that there are now no plans to release any new
material this year.
Oasis will play sold-out shows at:
London Shepherd's Bush Empire (October 7-8)
Manchester Apollo (10-11)
Glasgow Barrowlands (13-14)
