Noel, Andy 和 Gem 昨晚在倫敦看 Air 演唱會過後接受媒體訪問時表示
在接下來的巡迴中將不會演唱任何下張專輯的新歌
反之將 focus 在其他專輯歌曲和 b-sides
"事情是這樣的,如果我們貿然演唱尚未完整的新歌,而且也還沒把所有的和弦編排都搞定,
有人,像你之類的混蛋,就一定會去 review 這些歌,然後又會在那邊批評說
'老樣子...'的狗屁."
所以 Noel 透露了些可能新增的演唱曲目
像是 'Morning Glory' 'Columbia' 'Slide Away' 'Fade Away''Headshrinker' 等等
"反正對美國歌迷來說可能這些都是新歌吧..." Noel 挖苦道
最後 Noel 也證實 Napster 上所謂的 Oasis 新歌都是假的

NO NEW SONGS??
26 Apr - Noel Gallagher spoke informally to a reporter from NME.com and told
them that Oasis will not play any new material on their forthcoming USA tour
and instead will focus on "album tracks and b-sides".
Noel, Andy and Gem where at a gig of French electronic band 'Air' in Londons
Shepherd's Bush Empire last night (25 Apr). Noel stated that the band were
unsure about performing uncompleted songs from their forthcoming fifth album -
which would then be judged by critics before the album's release saying:
"The thing is, if we play new tracks that aren't finished, and we haven't
worked out where the chorus comes, then someone is going to fucking review it,
like you. Before you know it people'll be saying 'Same old..', you know?"
He continued by saying said the US tour, would have an emphasis on "album tracks,
b-sides and outtakes". Joking that an American audience would think the old
songs were new material anyway, Gallagher said only four songs from their
recent world tour would be played. Instead the band plan to play tracks
including 'Morning Glory', 'Columbia', 'Slide Away', 'Fade Away', '
Headshrinker' and the former closing song, the bands cover of The Beatles'
'I Am The Walrus'.
Noel also confirmed what has been said on this site for a long time, that the
working title 'Longtime Servant Of The Gun' is a complete fake.
