Noel has set up his own record label, Sour Mash Records. According to Noel,
the label is "To give me something to do on my days off". The first signing
to Sour Mash is the Manchester band Proud Mary. The band's旧debut album
"The Same Old Blues", due out later this year, was produced by Noel in a
10 day blitz at his Wheeler End studio in the countryside just outside London.
The band are currently on tour in the UK and their first single is due out
