所以最近還特別到倫敦看了 Ash 兩場演唱會呢
商談的結果之下
兩個團會合作一張單曲
Ash 主唱 Tim Wheeler 預計下個月會回愛爾蘭寫這首歌
而撮合 Noel 和 Wheeler 認識的製作人 Owen Morris
也將會是這張單曲的製作人(他幫兩個團都製作過專輯)
Ash 的新專輯 Free All Angels 已於昨天發行

Oash-sis?
As Oasis finish recording their new album, guitarist Noel Gallagher
spoke to The Sunday Life newspaper about plans to record a single
with Irish punk pop group, Ash. Gallagher has been to see Ash twice
in London recently, and has often spoken of his admiration for the
band, especially their songwriter/front man Tim Wheeler.
The Oasis guitarist told the paper, 'They've got great talent, that's
what pop music should be. Not Steps or S Club 7. Tim Wheeler can
write a good pop tune and so can we, so why not get together? Anyway,
it's a good excuse to come to Ireland for a week.' Gallagher and
Wheeler are set to write the song in Ireland next month, and the man
who introduced the pair, Owen Morris, will produce the track. (Morris
has produced albums for both Ash and Oasis). Ash's new album Free All
Angels is released today on Infectious Records.
