使用 DocumentProperty 物件
用 BuiltinDocumentProperties(index) 可傳回 DocumentProperty 物件，該物件代表一
個指定的內建文件屬性，index 是該內建文件屬性的名稱或索引號。用
 CustomDocumentProperties(index) 可傳回 DocumentProperty 物件，該物件代表一個
指定的自訂文件屬性，index 是該自訂文件屬性的名稱或索引號。
