11:46am: Peter Schmuck of the Baltimore Sun says the Orioles "have all but
finalized" a deal with Izturis that is "believed to be worth about $6MM."
 The O's may not announce the deal until after the Meetings, because Izturis
will have to take a physical first.

據信金鶯用6M左右的價格簽下了游擊手Izturis，但是金鶯會等冬季會議結束後再宣布，

10:03am: According to ESPN's Steve Phillips, the Orioles reached an agreement
with shortstop Cesar Izturis.  The deal is pending a physical.
