[亞洲] 新加坡的薪資水平

不好意思, 不知道可不可以問這個問題, 友人最近要談一家歐洲公司在新加坡分公司的
一個職位, 有可能會常駐在新加坡或台灣(還在討論中), 因友人對新加坡的待遇/年薪
並不是那麼清楚, 故所以想在版上請教前輩, 煩請不吝指教, 謝謝

Qualication and scope of the work:
1. Handle wireless telecomm program with OEM/ODM in greater China.
2. Fulfill the sales shipping request for forecast and urgent request.
3. Align with sales for the roadmap of the products in coming years.
4. Quarterly cost down plan initiate and execution.
5. Over 10 ear related experience.
6. The position is located in Singapore or Taiwan.

若以上述的要求及工作內容, 請問開多少才是合理的價格呢?

通常如果是新加坡外資/MNC公司比較可以談到如上的參考年薪,若是本地公司通常沒有這麼高.

推 dropsical:相同的條件,在台資公司,年薪只有上面的一半;另外在Spore
→ dropsical:一定要談到global pay;local pay就不用來了:~
推 viper2000:請問global pay跟local pay差別在哪呢?
推 viper2000:看上面的survey,大概在S$111K-S$150K,這是幾個月的算法?
推 dropsical:global pay就是包房包電話包通勤包家庭包xx甚麼都包了;
→ dropsical:local pay就是把你當本地人給你薪水,頂多通勤加給.
→ dropsical:新加坡分紅算固定;一年基本上應該都會有一個月的aws
→ dropsical:有人是說要用14or15個月算,我是覺得/13差不多.
→ dropsical:光是在CBD租一個單位的condo,就有可能S$6k/m起跳
→ dropsical:所以allowance一定要談清楚
