1. Knowledge and skills in the development and testing of web
based programs. Must-have: Perl/Php, RDBMS, REST/SOAP, and
Test Driven Development.
Plus: YUI, AJAX, Bugzilla API
2. Communication in verbal and writing.
3. Collaboration with external teams.
4. Machine learning background is not required. But it would be
a plus if the candidate was exposed to machine learning applications
in the past or has interest in machine learning applications.
