推 kruz:樓上, 其實聽到消息還蠻驚訝的,是因為去年一次進來太多人?
推 cchris:裁員很正常啦,除了google等賺得正熱的公司外,都得小裁一下
推 HYL: 裁個1/6 ~ 1/5 不算是小裁一下吧...
→ HYL: 前幾年資金容易取得，併購案一堆，裁掉些行政部門是可以理解
→ HYL: 但是裁到上述的比例就是把些生產單位都裁掉了
推 marathons:這種排名看看就算了,別當真. 作貸款的今年生意不一定好.
→ marathons:以前我任職的IT部門在ComputerWorld排前5,同事沒人相信.
→ marathons:我被outsource弄怕了,所以現在在不能outsource的公司做.
→ Federalway:哇 我混的公司有前10名耶
→ Federalway:不過最近也是一直裁員。
