溜馬揮棄 Danny Ferry，訓練營名單確定
就像之前預定好的一樣，Ferry 雖然隨著三方交易來到溜馬，但他早已
打定主意退休，馬刺方面也已為他準備好轉換跑道，讓他可以繼續接觸
籃球事務，這方面的詳細新聞就請移駕馬刺板（咳，馬刺板神人眾多，
應該會有更詳細的報導吧 <(_ _)>）。
溜馬在確定揮棄 Danny Ferry，再加上剛簽下三名新成員，也總算是確
定了最後的訓練營球員參加名單。
Hiram Fuller、James Head 和 Mike Smith三個自由球員，加上之前在
九月八日就找來的Omar Cook，將一起先報到三年 NBA 資歷以下的訓練
營活動，同隊必須報到的十個成員還有 Jamison Brewer、Primoz Brezec
、Fred Jones、Jamaal Tinsley 以及今年的新秀 James Jones 和未透
過選秀入隊的 Carl English，以上，十位熱騰騰的新血。
三位新成員的簡單資料如下，基本只有數據，所以參考一下就好。
Fuller, a 6-9, 240-pound forward out of Fresno State, averaged
7.4 ppg and 6.4 rpg in his two years with the Bulldogs. He played
his sophomore season at Wabash Valley (Mt. Carmel, Ill.) College
and his freshman year at Modesto (Calif.) Junior College.
Head, a 6-7, 225-pound forward, played in 48 games last season
for the Great Lakes Storm of the CBA and averaged 17.6 ppg and
8.3 rpg. After spending four years at Eastern Michigan and
averaging 7.9 ppg and 5.4 rpg, he has had stints with teams in
the USBL, IBL, CBA, the Philippines, Los Angeles Pro-Am Summer
League and with the Harlem Globetrotters.
Smith, a 6-8, 195-pound forward was selected in the second round
by the Washington Wizards and played 17 games averaging 3.0 ppg
and 1.3 rpg. He spent the 2002-03 season playing for the Idaho
Stampede of the CBA and two teams in Europe. He played for
Fayetteville in the NBDL and a team in Greece during the 2001-02
season.
