The NBA chartered new ground for sports leagues Monday by making Ticketmaster
its official ticket provider and secondary ticket provider, embarking on
territory covered by the Suns for six years.
    NBA在星期一為職業運動聯盟開創了一個新的局面，他們決定讓Ticketmaster成為官方
的門票販賣及二手門票的流通管道，而太陽使用類似的交易通路早已有六年的時間了。

Phoenix was among the first teams to use TicketExchange, a platform for season
ticket holders to resell game tickets online at suns .com. Its use has doubled
in the past two years with several hundred tickets being resold for each home
game, according to John Walker, senior vice president of business development
for the Suns and US Airways Center.
    太陽是前幾支啟用TicketExchange的球隊之一，TicketExchange是在太陽官網的一個
交易平台，讓季票擁有者可以在此將門票轉售出去。根據J.Walker，太陽及美國航空中心

The service's interest has heightened with Suns tickets becoming otherwise
unattainable during a streak of 51 consecutive sellouts.

"It's a supply-and-demand thing because we are now sold out for the rest of our
games," Walker said. "It's more difficult to get tickets, so to have the
exchange available for season ticket holders to offer their seats when they
can't make it gives general consumers somewhere to go and they can be assured
it's a legitimate transaction."
    "這是一個可以讓供需取得平衡的交易平台，因為現在我們球季剩餘的主場比賽門票都
已經賣完了。"Walker說。"因為門票炙手可熱，所以有這個交易機制可以讓季票擁有者在

It also becomes another revenue stream for the Suns, already in the league's
top five with about 14,000 full season ticket equivalents, including mini-plans
. Phoenix collects a service fee from the seller and buyer and also keeps its
arena full, gaining new customers and maintaining concessions and souvenirs
sales.
    這也成了太陽另一筆穩定的額外收入，太陽的營收已經是聯盟前五名，因為包括一些
小型活動，他們一共賣出了14,000份的季票。太陽向賣方及買方分別收取服務費並保持球
場座無虛席，獲得新的顧客，讓想進場看球的球迷有取得門票的正當管道同時也確保了紀

Phoenix also works with ticketreserve.com to offer fans a chance to purchase
an option that will guarantee them the chance to buy Suns playoff tickets for
specific games. The option fee starts at $25 and increases depending on the
round and series game.
    太陽也和ticketreserve達康配合提供球迷們預購門票的機會，確保他們之後能買到季
後賽某些特定場次的門票。這項選擇權所費不貲，最低從美金25元起跳，並根據系列賽的
重要性不同會隨之調漲。
