The Suns want consistency out of James Jones, and he is consistently missing.
    太陽希望小JJ能提供穩定的三分火力，而他的表現確實也很穩定，怎麼投怎麼不進。

The forward made three three-pointers in the second quarter March 14 vs. Dallas
but has not made one since. It became a streak of 11 consecutive three-point
misses Thursday for the player Phoenix desperately needs to connect when point
guard Steve Nash is resting.
    這個前鋒自從3月14號與達拉斯小牛的比賽第二節後就再也沒投進任何一顆三分球了。
到了星期四，對於這個太陽在控衛S.Nash休息時急需聯繫上的球員，情況已經惡化到連續
11次三分出手都沒進了。

If Jones is not, Phoenix goes through dire offensive stretches without Nash,
like when the Kings wiped out the Suns' first half-lead Thursday. Before the
drought, Jones had a streak of 14 consecutive games with a three-pointer. He
shot 40.7 percent (24 for 59) on threes during that stretch.
    如果小JJ還是無法恢復正常，那太陽在Nash不在時還是會面臨進攻熄火的情形，就像
國王在星期四追回上半場的失分那樣。在這次低潮之前，小JJ曾經連續14場比賽都至少投

"It's my job," Jones said before the game. "I have to be more consistent and
make shots on a more consistent basis, regardless of the flow of the game,
regardless of whether I get touches or regardless if I get three or four in a

Jones can be sound enough defensively that a consistent shot makes him the
ideal reserve as Phoenix tries to set its postseason rotation. At times, his
misses can make him "overdo it on defense," Jones said.

Coach Mike D'Antoni said the Suns should be able to better survive without Nash
if forward Boris Diaw continues to play well. Phoenix had a 14-0 run Tuesday
led by Diaw and guard Raja Bell.
    M.D'Antoni教練說如果屌爺持續有出色的表現那太陽應該可以在Nash不在時表現得更

"Boris can take a lot of pressure off the ballhandlers and get the ball moving,
" D'Antoni said. "If we get him well, we shouldn't have a lot of drop-offs when
Steve's not in there."

The official reason for Kings star forward Ron Artest's absence Thursday was "
flight complications." It should have been court complications.
    國王明星前鋒R.Artest在星期四缺陣的官方說法是"飛機航班問題"。不過真正原因應
該是他又惹上了一些關於法院的麻煩。

Artest was at the mercy of the stormy skies because he made a court appearance
Thursday in California to plead not guilty to four misdemeanor counts of
domestic assault. He planned to take a 12:30 p.m. commercial flight direct to
Phoenix, but thunderstorms redirected the flight to Ontario, Calif., where his
plane sat for more than two hours before it went to a gate. With a long shot
left to get to Phoenix, Artest was told by Kings President Geoff Petrie to
return home.
    Artest之所以會受制於暴風雨的天空是因為他星期四到法院出庭，為自己辯護並未犯
下所涉嫌的四項家庭輕罪。他原本計畫搭乘中午十二點三十分飛機直接飛到鳳凰城，但大
雷雨迫使飛機改道飛返加州的安大略，那個他的飛機在出發前就已經停留了超過兩個小時
的地方。因為趕在開賽前抵達鳳凰城的機會微乎其微，所以國王總管G.Petrie告知Artest
，要他直接滾回家。

That left the Kings without three starters, because center Brad Miller and
forward Kenny Thomas also were out because of injuries. Sacramento started a
small lineup of Shareef Abdur-Rahim, John Salmons, Kevin Martin, Francisco
Garcia and Mike Bibby.
    那使得國王失去三位先發球員，因為中鋒B.Miller和前鋒K.Thomas也因為受傷而無法
上場比賽。國王後來排出小號的先發陣容，包括SAR、J.Salmons、K-Mart、F.Garcia和主
控M.Bibby。

in the top 40 in scoring, field-goal percentage, three-point percentage and
free-throw percentage.
