LOS ANGELES - Amare Stoudemire says he felt he got his first foul in Phoenix's
Game 3 loss to the Lakers because officials are not used to a center being
agile enough to trap Kobe Bryant.
    洛杉磯訊 -- 阿罵說他在太陽敗給湖人的第三場比賽中拿到的第一次犯規是因為裁判
不習慣看到一個中鋒敏捷到足以讓Kobe陷入防守陷阱中。

He could live with one. But when he bit on a Kwame Brown fake for his second
foul 4:19 into the game, it changed the scope of the game. The Suns stretched
the lead without him, but it changed Stoudemire's defense. When he returned, he
gave Brown a cushion.
    他勉強可以接受那個吹判。但當他因為K.Brown假摔而在比賽進行了4分19秒後吞下第
二次犯規後，那影響足以改變整場比賽。太陽雖然在沒有他的情況下保持領先，但卻迫使

In the third quarter, Stoudemire picked up his third and fourth fouls giving
Bryant and Brown three-point plays as the Lakers took the lead.

"It seems like I shouldn't get penalized for playing hard," Stoudemire said of
his first foul. "For Sunday's game, I'm definitely not going to get in foul
trouble so I can stay in the game and help out."

Stoudemire said there were times he did not try to take a charge on Bryant
because "he's going to get the calls in LA."

Stoudemire also regretted not being able to have a bigger impact in crunch time
. He did not enter the fourth quarter until he replaced Boris Diaw with 5:33 to
go. After that point, the Suns finished the game 1 for 11 with two turnovers.
Stoudemire scored two points off free throws that came on a follow try of his
miss, his only fourth-quarter shot until missing a three-pointer at the end. He
was 11 of 15 from the field in the first three quarters.
    阿罵也很後悔沒有辦法在關鍵時刻有更大的貢獻。第四節直到比賽時間剩下5分33秒時
他才替代屌爺回到場上。從那之後，太陽最後11次出手只有2球命中還外帶兩次失誤。阿罵
藉由跟進補自己沒投進的球得到兩次罰球機會並得到兩分，這是他除了最後一次三分出手
不進外的唯一一次投籃。相較之下，他在前三節可是有投15中11的好表現。

"We had a chance to win it," Stoudemire said. "We just couldn't get a bucket. I
was hot but they couldn't find me. They couldn't stop me."

Stoudemire took exception to the hoopla for Brown's 19 points. He had a point.
Brown made three dunks when left alone because of teammates' penetration.
Before that, he had missed five straight shots at the rim.
    阿罵不認同Brown是因為個人表現突出才拿下19分。他有他的觀點。Brown有三次灌籃
得手是因為隊友的切入為他製造了空檔。在那之前，他曾經連續五球在籃框附近出手不進

"I have a lot of good things planned for Kwame on Sunday," Stoudemire said.

That would cease Thursday's Staples Center chants of "Kwame! Kwame!"

your name, it helps," Bryant said. "It gives him confidence."

Shawn Marion's March proclamation that he is this season's Defensive Player of
the Year did not come to fruition. He had his best finish, getting fourth place
with 93 points behind winner Marcus Camby of Denver (431 points) and San
Antonio's Bruce Bowen (206 points) and Tim Duncan (158). Of 130 voters, seven
gave Marion first-place votes.
    三月有關Matrix將會獲選為本季年度最佳防守球員的傳聞並未成真。他只以93分拿下
第四名，落後於該獎項得主丹佛的勉族(431分)、聖安東尼奧馬刺的B.Bowen(206分)和叮噹

"The accolades can come later," Marion said. "I'm just trying to go out and do
the stuff I think will help with something special happening here."
