NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2008 – The Philadelphia 76ers’ Andre Miller and the
Phoenix Suns’ Amaré Stoudemire today were named the Eastern and Western
Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Monday, Feb. 4
through Sunday, Feb. 10.

During a 3-1 week for the Sixers, Miller averaged 19.5 points, 9.0 assists and
committed only 10 turnovers. He outscored opposing teams’ starting point
guards 78-35. Miller recorded a Sixers’ season-high 14 assists on Feb. 5, in a
101-96 win over the Washington Wizards.

Stoudemire helped guide the Suns to a 3-1 week by averaging 28.5 points, 13.5
rebounds and a Western Conference-best 3.25 blocks. Stoudemire recorded a
point/rebound double-double in each contest and played a team-high 41.3 minutes
per game. Stoudemire concluded his week yesterday by scoring 31 points,
including two game-clinching free throws with 7.5 seconds to play, as the Suns
defeated the Wizards 108-107.

Feb. 5 vs. Washington: Recorded an 11-point, 14-assist double-double in a
101-96 win.
Feb. 7 vs. Miami: Posted 21 points, seven assists and five rebounds in a 101-84
victory.
Feb. 9 vs. L.A. Clippers: Scored 17 points and dished nine assists in a 101-80
victory.

Amaré Stoudemire, Phoenix Suns
Feb. 4 vs. Charlotte: Recorded 24 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks in a
118-104 win.
Feb. 6 vs. New Orleans: Netted 26 points, 20 rebounds and four blocks in a
double-overtime 132-130 loss.
Feb. 8 vs. Seattle: Had 33 points and 10 rebounds in a 103-99 win.
Feb. 10 vs. Washington: Scored 31 points to go along with 13 boards and four
blocks in a 108-107 victory.
