[新秀] Andris Biedrins

同樣來自nbadraft.net的消息，Luol Deng已經自動從他們的Mock裡消失了，
也許是得到某些訊息，這位大一的Grant Hill二代今年可能不會出現在選秀會了。

這星期我們的預測順位變成了第六籤(再贏嘛，離狀元越來越遠了....)
被分配到的仍然是位歐洲球員，名叫Andris Biedrins，
來自拉脫維亞(好像是南斯拉夫分裂出來的某一國吧)，
六呎11吋，240磅，再過八天就要滿18歲了(又是高中生....-_-)


以下是nbadraft.net對他的介紹：

  One of the most promising big men prospects in Europe. Good defender,
has size and wingspan as well as good timing in blocking (2nd in bpg
in Latvia) and boarding. Not that polished yet on the offensive end,
but scores consistently with both the drop-step and the turn-around
jumper out to 10 feet. Has yet to add some inside moves, a more reliable
outside shot and some pounds of muscle.

Notes: Member of the Latvian National Team at the Euro Cadet Championship
in 2001, finished as 4th in scoring (16.3) and 3rd in rebounding (8.5).
Also performed at the Euro Junior Championship 2002, where he played
against opponents who were two years older than him, but still managed
to average 6.6 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He was named
"Newcomer of the Year 03" in Latvias LBL.
