專案經理(Program Manager) (需求人數：1 人)
【職務說明】
- Establish project plans; ensure local project deadlines are
met; external support to the Navigon team and the OEM
-Monitor local third party deadlines and deliverables of directed (T3)
suppliers
- Draw up specific proposals for modified system behavior to resolve problems
-Carry out project risk analysis.
-Compiles requirement specification for RFQ and reviews with project teams.
-Support supplier/vendor evaluation and selection process
-Monitor ODM business and forecast on approaching problems, highlight
opportunities.
-Host project status meetings / calls with ODM and Navigon team.
- Accompany, oversee ODM during software testing process
- Maintain network with ODM suppliers
-Drive change request management and approval of changes in the change
management board.
- Define product feature including map requirements and functional
specification for OEM products
- Forward technical requirements to R&D / PM team for OEM projects

Skills
- Managing multiple tasks, often with competing deadline
- Providing leadership and motivating team
- Preparing clear, concise and informative
reports, correspondence and other written materials；Communicating
effectively with suppliers and co-workers.
Knowledge
- 3 years expirience in GPS industry
- Electrical / Mechanical or Software background
- 5 years expirience in Program management / Project management
- ODM network
- Window CE
- Expirience working with third party consultants for problem solution
- Generalist
- consumer electronics Hardware expirience
