【職務說明】
‧Evaluation and creation of service model for wireless
broadband notebook projects
‧Work closely with Sales/Marketing Team and RD Team in planning the new
product & market requirements
‧Communicate with customer in negotiations of the required service model
‧Interact with related departments in handling the operations of the project
‧Support customer requirements related to the service issues

【擅長工具】 電腦╱網路類：Excel、Outlook、Word
【工作技能】 不拘

*熟悉NB製造業客服作業流程

*具備統計製程管制及資料分析能力
*具備英文溝通能力
