[問題] PMP 情境題

今天做題目  有個問題讓我想不出答案.....



Managemant has provided you with a project charter, and you are in the
process of creating a project scope statement. You have asked the team for
input to ensure that the project scope statement is complete.
However, the team is struggling woth defining the scope.

Which of the following BEST describes the problem ?

A. A WBS was not completed before the project scope statement was begun.

B. The team is working on the project scope statement without the benefit of
   organizational process assets.

C. The team is in the scope definition process and needs the project scope
   statement as an input.

D. The project objectives were not identified before the project scope
   statement was begun.

推 daimond:C+, 專案章程應該已經清楚描述發起人的目標

→ ytai:選C的話有點弔詭的地方是，專案範圍說明書是範圍定義的output
→ ytai:但如果要解釋成初步範圍說明書的話，則答案是C沒錯
→ ytai:所以如果是我的話，我會選擇D囉，可以再討論看看

→ abase0001:(組織過程資產)

→ abase0001:D不對,project objectives已經在charter中了
→ abase0001:A就不用說了,製作WBS還太早
推 abase0001:這題只是單純考你ITTO而已，別想得太複雜
推 daimond:同意B是合理答案,難怪覺得C像是又不像答案 XD
