SAN DIEGO (TICKER) —The San Diego Padres on Tuesday agreed to terms with oft-injured righthander Mark Prior and infielder Chris Burke on one-year minor league contracts. A San Diego native, Prior signed a one-year contract with the Padres prior to last season, but never threw a pitch. The 28-year-old underwent season-ending shoulder surgery on June 4. Prior's once-promising career has been derailed by injuries. The second overall pick in 2001 by the Chicago Cubs, Prior has not pitched in two years. Prior is 42-29 with a 3.51 ERA in 106 games with Chicago. Burke, 28, hit .194 with two home runs and 12 RBI in 86 games with Arizona last season. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.171.140.213
