Hi, this is Sean, Virgo. I'm a junior @ NTU who has taken TOEFL test
before. Keeping English is so important for me now because I'm gonna
apply for an exchange student program. And I think it so great to both
have a penpal in English and make a new friend through this.
Mail @ PTT, mail box outside, or physical mail are all good ways
to do as long as you are as eager as me in this penpal stuff and value
this opportunity of having somebody to communicate in English.
