: 美國藥典有說：
: Gastric Fluid, Simulated, TS —Dissolve 2.0 g of sodium chloride and 3.2 g of
: purified pepsin,that is derived from porcine stomach mucosa, with an activity
: of 800 to 2500 units per mg of protein, in 7.0 mL of hydrochloric acid and
: sufficient water to make 1000 mL. [ NOTE—Pepsin activity is described in the
: Food Chemicals Codex specifications under General Tests and Assays.]
: This test solution has a pH of about 1.2
: Intestinal Fluid, Simulated, TS —Dissolve 6.8 g of monobasic potassium
: phosphate in 250 mL of water, mix, and add 77 mL of 0.2 N sodium hydroxide
: and 500 mL of water. Add 10.0 g of pancreatin, mix, and adjust the resulting

英國藥典有說：
Gastric Juice, Artificial
Dissolve 2.0 g of sodium chloride and 3.2 g of pepsin powder in water .
Add 80 ml of 1M hydrochloric acid and dilute to 1000 ml with water .
Pepsin
A substance containing a proteolytic enzyme of the gastric secretion of
animals, diluted, if necessary, by admixture with Lactose or Sucrose. Use a
grade of commerce capable of digesting 2500 times its own weight of
coagulated egg albumen.
