先由各隊提出候選人 再由這鍋MLBPAA的成員投票選出
好像是從2005年開辦 之前獲獎的三名球員分別是
2005 David Eckstein , 2006 Steve Finley , 2007 Omar Vizquel
獲獎人除了要有崇高的球技之外
代表著 the one who 最能發揚棒球精神 傳統 與價值
全身煥發著對棒球的熱忱之楷模!
