        Rollins talks about welcoming Pence

PHILADELPHIA - Jimmy Rollins talked about his approach to meeting a
new teammate --- in this case Hunter Pence --- for the first time.

"I think that's the first thing you try to do, find out about him,"
Rollins said. "Fortunately, we have a former teammate of his. Got his
nickname. And then when he gets here find out about him as much as you
can as quick as you can. When you show interest, it helps the guy open
up because he knows we're not that familiar with him and he's not that
familiar with us other than being on the field. We know his skill. But
as far as personalities and how we get down and the way we operate, how
we crack on each other, no. You want to bring him in as fast as possible
so you can make the guy feel comfortable by learning as much as you can
about him and you go from there. You give him a hug. Shake his hand. Then
you crack him. And then it's like, OK. They like me.

        所幸  這兒有他兩位前隊友 (推土機 & 無力矩)

        先問問看他的綽號叫啥? (薯肉..你也不順便告訴我們一下)

        當他一現身  就立刻派探子八卦掃描他  愈快愈好  愈多愈好

        當你表現出對他有意思  他就能很快卸下心防

        我們都知道他的武功底細  但是人格特質啦  該如何相處啦

        如何場上配合無間啦  如何一起練瘋話啦  都還不瞭 ...

        你希望趕快拉Pence一把  好讓他覺得在這兒很舒舒...

        跟他握手  學維尼熊給他抱抱  然後開始跟他搞笑

        醬他心裡就會琢磨: 嗯  不臭  他們都喜歡偶  o(^-^)o

"He made it real clear from the beginning that, 'I'm not country.' I was
like… alright. He's like, I'm a rap and rock type guy. I was like, that
makes sense. He didn't have an accent. I told him that some of his former
teammates said some bad rumors about you and he was like, No, they love me
too much for that. He has a good personality. He definitely does. He can
take a joke already. He came in cracking on Charlie already. I think he's
gonna fit in well."

        杭特兄開宗明義就表達:

        這一肉做的音樂  比較合我的胃口
