Yeah, it became a crazy night at the Palace when Rodney Stuckey's name was
added to the list of missing Pistons on Friday night because of a cold.
沒錯，當Stuckey名字因為感冒被列在傷兵名單後。
今晚的皇宮球場確實表現的令人覺得有些瘋狂。

But despite missing Stuckey, Rasheed Wallace (sore left calf), Allen Iverson
(sore back) and Rip Hamilton (sore left groin), somehow the Pistons were able
to muster up a good effort in blasting the Los Angeles Clippers, 108-90.
即使缺少了Stuckey(感冒)、Rasheed(左小腿)、Iverson(背部)、Hamilton(左鼠蹊部)。
活塞仍然有著不錯的效率，終場以108-90擊沉快艇。



生 涯 新 高
Although the reserves played well, stalwarts Tayshaun Prince and Antonio
McDyess were the anchors.
雖然替補陣容表現優異，但Prince、McDyess由其功不可沒。

Prince scored 23 points and had a career-high 12 assists, while McDyess
scored 24 points and grabbed 17 rebounds. Bynum tossed in a career-high 22
points, and the Pistons (34-34) snapped a three-game losing streak and
returned to .500.

McDyess拿下24分、抓下17個籃板。

"We did a good job of going through Tay', but we threw into the post to Kwame
and 'Dyess and (Jason Maxiell)," coach Michael Curry said. "We picked up some
fouls, and that put the other team on their heels, so we had a pretty good
balance in how we were scoring.

Fans shouldn't get too happy about this victory -- it did go down against the
Clippers (17-52), whose defense ranks in the bottom third of every major
defensive category in the league.

But the Pistons will take it. The Clippers have lost more player starts
because of injury than anyone in the league, but they fielded a relatively
healthy team with star Baron Davis and former Central Michigan center Chris
Kaman.

The Pistons blazed away at a 55.7% shooting clip, and when the Clippers
pulled to within 79-77 on a Kaman lay-up with 9:16 left, they scored on
almost every possession in ending the game on a 29-13 run, making their last
eight shots. Seldom-used sub Walter Sharpe finished the game with a reverse
lay-up to make it a happy night for the Pistons.
這場比賽活塞的命中率有55.7%。當比賽剩下9:16，Kaman一個上籃使得比數來到79-77。

Brown was effective in guarding Kaman, and he contributed 14 points and four
rebounds. And crowd favorite Herrmann scored all 13 of his points in the
fourth quarter as the Pistons were making their run.

"I think the pace of the game was great for us," said Bynum, who was
10-for-19 and added six assists. "We ran when we got misses.

"We played well. The effort was there today, and we were fortunate to get

Clippers rookie Eric Gordon scored 22 points on 7-for-9 shooting, and he was
perfect at the free-throw line (6-for-6). Davis finished with 19 points, but
could only score four points after halftime.
快艇的菜鳥Eric Gordon投9中7的高命中率拿下了22分，他的三分球更是完美的投6中6。
Davis全場拿下19分，但他在下半場只得4分。



袋鼠持續火熱表現
After falling behind as much as 12 points midway through the second quarter,
the Pistons surged behind the play of McDyess.
第二節曾一度落後達12分，但這個時候McDyess跳出來說話了。

McDyess, who continued his spectacular play of late, was automatic at the top
of the key, scoring 16 first-half points. He was 8-for-12 from the field and
led the team's effort on the glass with eight rebounds in helping the Pistons
take a 20-14 advantage at halftime.
雖然今天熱機稍慢了點，但McDyess仍然持續近幾場的火熱表現。
他上半場結束就以投12中8的高命中率拿下16分了，同時貢獻了8籃板。
這讓活塞得以在上半場結束時，籃板數以20-14領先。
