WASHINGTON -- The shots have been there, but Antonio McDyess hasn't taken them.
    華盛頓訊 -- 袋鼠本有機會，但他沒有出手。

That's because he often doesn't have the ball in some of those situations.

But he wants to make one thing clear: that's fine with him.

Sure, there are times when McDyess would like to rattle off a few jumpers, but
he knows his value to the team, especially in a starting role, isn't
necessarily in scoring.

"Think about it, man, I'm a fifth option on the team," McDyess said. "I'm not

happen, regardless. We've got all these great scorers. You've got to look at it
other ways. You see me rebounding everything, you see me trying to play defense
every night. You see me do the little things, and I think that's the thing that
counts."

McDyess is averaging 30.3 minutes a game, 9.2 more than last season, and his
points and rebounds are also up now that he's a starter.
    袋鼠每場比賽平均上場30.3分鐘，比去年球季多了9.2分鐘，而本季被提擢為先發球員
後，他的得分和籃板數據也都上揚了。

When McDyess is on the court, he said he doesn't even think about scoring.
Instead, he has tried to hone his defensive skills, namely with rebounding and
guarding an opponent's toughest frontcourt player.
    當袋鼠在場上時，他說他甚至沒想到得分的事。反而會試圖加強自己的防守技巧，也
就是抓籃板以及防守對方前場最強硬球員的能力。

If he were still coming off the bench, McDyess said it would be a different
story when it comes to offensive production. Off the bench, he was a scorer,
often the focal point. This year, things are different.

"Now the rotation is like, OK, you're going to keep bringing a lot more players
off the bench that play my position now," McDyess said. "And I'm not out there
with the second unit, I'm out there with the first unit. So I can't get those
shots."

Arenas had participated in Sunday morning's shootaround and came to the arena

doctors.
    Arenas參加了星期天早上的投籃練習並且在考慮是否當天是復出良機的情況下來到了
球館。不過巫師隊醫說，不是今天。

And with that, Arenas left the building in a huff.
    因為被澆了一頭冷水，Arenas氣沖沖地離開了球館。

But whenever Arenas does return -- whether it's this season or next -- there
will be plenty of questions answered about his health and whether he'll ever be
the same player again.

"Who knows what he's going to be like," Saunders said. "He says he's going to
be like three different ways. ... I guess the unknown is what he's like. That's
