League's zero-tolerance policy is a chance for officials to act upon old
grudges, Pistons forward says.

BOSTON -- Rasheed Wallace watched the Spurs-Mavericks game with high interest
Thursday night.

"Yeah, I watched that game," he said. "I didn't see no technical fouls given
out there and I seen Tim Duncan do a lot of pointing and stuff like I did.
All it is, is discrimination."
"沒錯!我看了那場比賽。"溪蛙說，"但是我沒看到裁判送出任何的大T，而且，
 TD做了很多指東指西或是之類的事情，就像我做的一樣。看吧!這就是不公平待遇啊!"

Wallace, after holding his tongue for a day, finally had his say on his
ejection from the season-opening loss to the Bucks on Wednesday.
忍住一天之後，溪蛙終於還是忍無可忍，針對星期三晚上的對上公鹿的開幕戰表達
他的不滿。

He was the first victim of the league's no-tolerance policy regarding
disputes with referees.
他是聯盟裡第一個零容忍政策和不許跟裁判抱怨規定的受害者。

"In my opinion, it's really (garbage)," he said. "It's just given (referees)
more power than what a majority of them can handle."
"在我看來，這根本就是(垃圾)，"他說。"這只是給(裁判)更多的權力，
 而這麼大的權力根本不是他們所能掌控的。"

Wallace picked up his second technical foul and was ejected early in the
third quarter while having a calm discussion with referee Luis Grillo.
溪蛙吃下了他的第二個大T並且在第三節開始不久就被驅逐出場，
他所做的只是跟裁判Luis Grillo平和的討論了一下。

"You all seen what I did," Wallace said. "I said, 'Oh!' on the first tech
because it was a good block. Then on the second one, the dude (Bucks forward
Charlie Villanueva) threw an elbow and I told the other two refs that I ain't
going to be going for that. I can deal with losing.
"你們全都友看到我做了什麼，"溪蛙說。"我叫了聲'喔~!'因為那是個很屌的火鍋，
 然後我就拿到了我的第一個大T。至於第二個，那老兄(公鹿前鋒Charlie Villanueva)

"I can deal with having a bad game and I can deal with shooting woes. But I
can't deal with no dirty play and no cheating.
"我可以忍受一場糟糕的比賽，我也可以忍受低到讓人傻眼的投籃命中率。但是，
 我沒法忍受一場充滿小動作和欺騙的比賽!"(這裡是這樣翻嗎?)

"Then I told that to Lou Grillo, and he said something back and I said, 'I am
just letting everyone know,' and that's when they gave me that second tech
and threw me out."

 都知道這件事，'然後他們就祭出第二個大T並且把我踢出場。"

Wallace didn't have a technical in Friday's 101-88 victory at Boston. He
scored 18 points in 36 minutes.

The way Wallace sees it, the no-tolerance edict just gives the referees the
ability to cash in on old grudges.

"If you already got a beef with a ref, then you have to look out. And with
me, that's about 90 percent of them," he said.

"It's (garbage). You ain't really got to say nothing or do nothing. If they
come in with an attitude, you are (out of luck)."

The edict was not intended to be used like that.

"Originally, the interpretation was that they were just enforcing what they
have always had in place," Pistons coach Flip Saunders said.
"最初的解釋是：他們只是在適當的時機作他們該做的事情。"老桑說。

"There have always been rules in place for when players cross the line. The
explanation we got was, if there is a reaction (to a call) and then it stops,
it would be OK. That's not what we've seen so far."

Already this season, Wallace, Mike Bibby of the Kings and Carmelo Anthony of
the Nuggets have drawn ejections. There were 13 technical fouls called during
games Wednesday night.

"This hurts the teams, but the people who really are hurt by this are the
fans," Saunders said.

"Somebody who took his kid to watch the Clippers-Nuggets game the other night
because the kid loves Carmelo Anthony, only to see him thrown out of the game
with 10 minutes left in the third quarter -- that's the guy that's hurt by
this."

Commissioner David Stern repeatedly has said that the no-tolerance edict is
an attempt to curb the whining, not the emotion, of the players.
Stern反覆的說，零容忍政策要控制的是球員的牢騷而不是球員的情緒。

"The game should not be unfairly burdened with whining and complaining,"
Stern told reporters Wednesday in Boston.
Stern星期三在波士頓對記者說："球賽不應該不公平的被牢騷和抱怨干擾。"

"That doesn't mean we're taking the emotion out of it. The great ones played
with emotion. Did anyone have more emotion than Bill Russell?

"There was just a different way of asserting yourself. And, at the end of the
day, I think our players will thank us for getting this aspect of the game

"He's trying to turn players into robots with the dress code and this
no-tolerance law," Wallace said. "What more can you say. It takes the fun out
of the game. It's ridiculous, in my opinion."

Wallace said he didn't really know how he was going to deal with the
no-tolerance law moving forward.

"I am still going to be excited and emotional out there," he said.

"It's not like we're sitting here playing croquet and it's not physical and
your adrenaline's not flowing.
"這和玩不怎麼需要運動和腎上腺素的槌球大不同。

"My adrenaline's going to be flowing out there. I mean, they (refs) want you
to come up and whisper to them -- I ain't going to whisper.
"我的腎上腺素仍會不停的分泌流動。我的意思是說，
當裁判們希望你輕聲細語的跟他們說話--我將不會甩他們。"

"I am going to go out there, play hard and be me."
"我將會站在場上，認真的打每場比賽，並且忠於自我。"

Wallace said all his past efforts to channel his emotions away from the
officials failed.
溪蛙說他為了排遣掉對於官員們的情緒所做的努力完全失敗了。

"You saw last year I yelled at Flip and still got a tech," he said. "I
laughed in that game against Cleveland and got a tech. I already know I am
public enemy No. 1. I am on that blacklist.

"They tried to kick me out the league before. I already know that. It's just
discrimination, in my opinion."
