Q. What's the best dunk you've ever pulled off?
問：哪一次灌籃是你灌過最精采的一次呢？
A. It was my freshman year and we (Dupree went to LSU) were playing Arkansas (
Feb. 19, 2000 at Arkansas). It was a really big game and we had a really good
team, like Stromile Swift, Jabari Smith. It was down to the final minutes, and
we had this play where they would lob it to me and I would dunk. We tried it
and it just missed.
答：當時我是大一新鮮人而我們(Dupree就讀於路易斯安那州大)正和阿肯色大學交手(
時值'00年2月19日)。那真的是一場大比賽而我們的球隊也真的相當優秀，擁有S.Swift、
J.Smith等球員。比賽進行到了最後幾分鐘，而我們設定了一個戰術，他們會將球高吊給我
而我會灌籃，但我們嘗試後但卻錯失了機會。
We had a timeout, and I told everybody we should run that play again -- I knew
it would work. We did run the play again, and I just went up and jammed it with
one hand. It felt so good. It was like the biggest dunk of my life, being under
that pressure, in that big of a game. It gave me so much confidence. (LSU won
78-67.)
之後我們喊了一個暫停，而我告訴每個人我們應該再跑一次那個戰術 -- 我知道它會

Q. There are a lot of good young dunkers on this team -- Amir Johnson, you,
Jason Maxiell.

A. Don't leave out Will Blalock. That guy can dunk. You should see the stuff he
throws down in practice. Between the legs, then dunks, stuff like that.

Q. You allow point guards to dunk in practice?

Q. Do you have any artistic ability?

A. Yeah, actually I do. I used to draw all the time when I was a kid. I'm
probably really rusty now, because I haven't done that in a long time.

Q. Why not?

A. I don't know. Just been too busy I guess. But I'm still really interested in
architecture, art, that kind of stuff.

Q. Do you like to check out buildings and design when you're visiting other
cities, such as Chicago or New York?

A. Definitely. I don't go out of my way to do it or anything, but when you're
in an old city like Chicago that has so many amazing buildings, you can't help
but look out the window and check them out. I do notice those things.

多驚人的建築物的老城市，你會不由自主地由窗戶往外望，並細細欣賞他們，我確實很注

Q. Favorite cartoon?

A. I was really big into X-Men in grade school. They were huge. But you can't
go wrong with the classics like Looney Tunes. They're always good.
答：上大學前我真的非常地迷X-Men，他們很帥氣。但別誤會了，我不是說我不喜歡那
些像Looney Tunes家族的卡通，他們也很棒。
