The Pistons said welcome back to a familiar friend Saturday night -- their
shut-'em-down defense.

For the first time this season, the Pistons (5-5) broke open a close game down
the stretch with a suffocating defense paired with smart offensive plays and
near perfect ball control. It earned them their second consecutive win, this

crowd at the Palace.
