but vows he won't change his aggressive style

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Rasheed Wallace knows the rules,
but he is certainly not keeping a running count of his technical fouls
or the fines he's accrued.

He knows the media will do that for him.

He got his ninth technical foul of the season on Saturday,
and it is starting to get expensive. The first five cost him $1,000
each. Technicals No. 6 through 9 cost him $1,500 each. So,
he's already given back $11,000. The fine will go up after
the next one, too. Every one after the 10th will cost him $2,000.

he could face a one-game suspension.

in the way and take him away from the officials."

What Saunders won't do is try to temper Wallace's passion.

The Pistons also plan to review some of Wallace's technicals
with the league. A couple of them have been made by a referee
not involved in the direct argument with Wallace. Another,
for hanging on the rim, probably won't count toward the 15 needed
to earn a suspension.

More worrisome to Wallace is his play over the past three games.
He has averaged 9 points over the last three games,
down from his season average of 14.5. He's missed 19 of 30 shots

That's one thing we have to keep working with them on,
and try to keep them in situations where their confidence remains
at a high level."

when Lindsey Hunter returns. Saunders has talked about using Hunter
as a back-up shooting guard, as well as back-up point guard.

but still make sure we have certain combinations of players
on the floor at the same time."

I mean, the Hornets beat Miami there and they beat San Antonio there."

"There a band that plays in the hallway. I mean, they make it fun.
Players enjoy playing in that environment
