AUBURN HILLS -- In his mind, Chauncey Billups understands that having home
-court advantage throughout the conference playoffs is far more important than
having it in the NBA Finals.

Finals last year (the Pistons won the conference finals in seven games), we
could've won one of those first two games," Billups said.
