NEW YORK -- First, the officials ordered out Rasheed Wallace, the victim of
back-to-back technical fouls for talking. Then Richard Hamilton joined him --
after he threw a ball up in the air so high and far that it crossed the court,
bounced off the shot clock and landed in the stands.
