Antonio McDyess toughs it out in Pistons' victory

LOS ANGELES -- With a bag of ice wrapped around his ribs, another wrap around
his left thigh and a left pinkie finger that was popped back into place
moments earlier, Antonio McDyess said, "I look the way I feel."

洛杉磯 -- 一包冰塊敷在肋骨上，剛包紮的左大腿骨，還有剛才移回原位的左手小指，
這是現在馬岱的狀況。馬岱表示："我現在的感覺，就是你們眼前所看到的"。

His physical ailments aside, McDyess delivered the kind of gutsy performance
the Detroit Pistons needed to squeak past the Los Angeles Clippers 88-87 on
Sunday.

他的看護不安的在場邊看著他，但馬岱又再一次為球隊帶來該有的貢獻。幫助球隊以一
分之差擊敗對手。

McDyess was limited to 23 minutes, but still had team-high 15 rebounds,
including 12 in the pivotal fourth quarter.

馬岱雖然只有上場23分鐘，但他搶了全隊最高的15籃板，15個籃板裡，有12個籃板更是
在關鍵第四節搶得。

"He just plays," Pistons coach Michael Curry said. "The guy wants it bad. He
wants to finish his career, these last few years, winning big and winning a
title. He just lays it out on the line everyday. That's what you respect, and
love the most about him."

活塞教頭嘎哩表示："當他在場上，他就是全心全意打球，他很想在他結束生涯前贏球，
並拿下冠軍。也因為這樣，他每一場比賽都很賣力演出，這樣的球員，是很值得尊敬的"。

Said McDyess: "I'm just glad we got that win."

馬岱在賽後也表示："很高興拿下這場勝利"。

So are his teammates, who afterward acknowledged that McDyess' play was one
of the keys to the win.

活塞其他隊員在賽後也知道今天勝利背後功臣非馬岱莫屬。

"It says a lot about the type of player and person he is," said Allen
Iverson, who had 18 points including the game-winner with 2.8 seconds to
play. "Being beat up like he is, and coming back, and just get hurt again,
and come back ..."

AI也表示："這樣的作為也證明了他是個怎麼樣的球員"。AI本身也得了18分，包括在
最後的2.8秒致勝的一擊。

"When I saw his finger, I just knew he wasn't coming back in this game right
here. And out of nowhere, he just come walking back on the floor."

AI表示："當我看到碼岱的手指時，我以為他不會再回到場邊，但是最後他又回到場上"。


Iron man

Sunday marked Tayshaun Prince's 365th consecutive start, which is tops among
active NBA players.

星期天這場球也是小王子連續365場比賽先發，這也是一項記錄。

"A big part of Tayshaun is he takes care of his body," Curry said. "He makes
sure he gets the proper rest. And soon as he gets any ankle pain, he gets
treatment on it and stays on top of it. That's a big part of being able to
play consistently, and play without missing games. Sometimes injuries happen,
but preparation for those injuries and how you take care of your body really
helps."

嘎哩教練表示："小王子很照顧自己的身子，他也常給自己適當的休息，若是有任何
疼痛，他也都會在第一時間去看醫師，他髓時都保持在一個最好的狀態，一個球員
可能有時會受傷，但事後的保養相當很重要"。
