有個 UAB 的鄉民寫了一點關於 Sharp 的看球心得,參考看看囉。
I saw most of Walt's games for us, as well as many practices and pickup
games. He's a very talented kid, deceptively quick, good hands and a solid
shooter inside. He kinda reminds me of Dennis Rodman, he finds a way to get
position to rebound or shoot.
Strengths:
Long arms and quick hands. Athletic. Good leaping ability. Pretty solid game
close to the hoop.
I'd second the comment on his passing... he had a pretty high number of
turnovers but I'd guess that a third to half of them came on no look passes
or passes whipped to a player who was as faked out as the guy covering him.
Weaknesses:
It got to where I wanted Walt to score early as it seemed to light his fire.
If he missed a lot early he'd get down on himself and become less focused.
He's not that defensive minded, defensive intensity is pretty far down his
list. He can play decent defense, but he's not going to be the first guy back
downcourt... and he might be kinda hanging at midcourt hoping for a turnover
to be turned into a runout.
He's got a pretty darn good shot from three, but he virtually never took one
in a game. I don't know that I remember ever seeing him take one, but I've
seen him hit them pretty well in practice. I think he's just disciplined
enough not to crank them up when there's a three point shooter to get the
ball to.
He's long and deceptively quick but he's not bulky. I'm thinking that the
large framed power guys are going to bull past him if he can't beat them for
position. He'll make a pretty good small forward, good shooting skills from
15' or so in, and he'll be taller than most SF's.
He's coachable and a better citizen than he's going to sound like from the
outside looking in. I think this is another shrewd pick by Dumars.
Your Pistons gained some fans here. I suspect there will be some of us going
over to Atlanta for Hawks-Pistons games next season. Good luck.

看他打過好幾場比賽的鄉民說的應該是有點可信度啦。
