三分球大賽
Rip 在三分球大賽的最後兩球因為踩線雖然投進了卻不算分，包括值兩分money ball，
要不然他應該是有晉級決賽的機會。最後Rip 贏了Nash拿到倒數第二名。
Rip談參賽：
“I felt good, it was fun,” Hamilton said. “That money ball, that’s the
one that hurt me. Shooting that ball was different.”
（唯一投進的money ball卻因為踩線不算 Orz）
Rip說他只專注在投籃，沒發現自己踩線了：
“Even if I would’ve made that I still wouldn’t have made 20,” he said, “
so I was disappointed.”
Rip抱怨他的幸運女神Sheed沒出現在場邊：
“I didn’t see him,” Hamilton said. “I probably would have won if I would
have seen him.”
Rip說他會接受另一次三分球大賽的邀請。還說他一點也不緊張，只是一切都來得太快
“They caught me off guard,” Hamilton said. “As soon as I went out there
they were like, ‘3, 2, 1. It kind of caught me off guard…but it was fun.”

Shooting Stars
活塞不僅沒在Shooting Stars衛冕，他們還輸給馬刺。
活塞在第一輪花了57.6秒的時間，比第三名的太陽隊慢了快七秒。

其中WNBA的Swin Cash在第四點花了19秒試了六次才進。Cash在下星期可能被球隊交易
，所以這應該是她最後一次穿上底特律震動隊的球衣。
槍蜥也在他習慣的位置失手了幾次，他覺得一個人投好孤伶伶
“It’s a little different,” Billups said. “You’re out there by yourself.
It’s lonely by yourself, especially when you start missing. It was fun,
though.”

Kobe對於Rip 之前嗆他的回應
“I was looking forward to seeing him and beating him again. I’ve always
beaten him, and he’s never beaten me,” Bryant said Saturday morning. “
Despite what he says, he’s never, ever beaten me.”
東區明星賽練習最後Doc Rivers主持了半場投籃比賽，其中Jason Kidd和LeBron
James分別投進三球獲勝。
槍蜥是活塞唯一參賽球員，他有四球是籃外空心，但也進了一球。
Kevin Garnett搶過麥克風幫忙解釋好友的成績
“It looks good,” Garnett said. “It ain’t hitting nothin’, but it looks
good.”
至於常愛在活塞練習後練投半場投球的Sheed說他只是把機會讓出來罷了
“Ah, hell yeah,” Wallace said. “I can do that all day. But I wanted to
give them a chance, though.”
