用CoCreateInstance或CoCreateInstanceEx function來Call DLL，
但你必須透過一個ClassID來只到哪一個DLL，你可以參考MSDN內有說明。

use LoadLibrary to load a dll and get a handle
then use GetProcAddress to retreve the address of the exported function
in the dll. When the dll is no longer be used, use FreeLibrary to
free the handle.
