關於這份書單，花了一些時間才整理出來的，我剛把我所知道有中文譯本的加上了記
號，雖然我的理想上，能夠閱讀原著原文，應該才能不偏離原作者的本意太多。
名為「尚志」的心理書單，意指這份書單，是完全以我個人的觀點，去尋找出一些我
所認識及肯定的心理學家或治療者，以及他們的著作。
關於構成這份書單的動機，我想談一談。
第一、除了教課書之外，我認為我們需要真正去瞭解一位心理學家是如何思考「人」
的問題。不同於教科書編寫必須強調客觀、中立，原典的閱讀提供的只是一
位學者的個人觀點，然而，它卻是構成心理學的真正血肉。再者，要想瞭解一
項觀點，如何形成一種觀點，以及這項觀點的價值所在，不透過原典的閱讀，
難以達成。
第二、對於有志於成為真正的心理學家的各位，我想要與你們共同勉勵，在這個世紀
的最後一年，去回顧那些走在我們前面，幫助我們擁有較佳視野的前輩們，所
曾經完成的工作。我把這份書單視為一份理想，稱其「夢幻」，意謂它是一個
崇高而不易落實的理想。如果，我們有能力真正通讀一次上述原著，或可具備
了成為一位心理學家的思想幼苗。
最後，我想說，這份書單，我個人認為並不是也不可能是完整的，我很困難的做了一
些取捨。我刻意去掉了這些作者比較學術性、敘述性的著作，保留了文學性較強，能
充分令我們領會到其個人的獨特精神人格的作品。而且，在所涉及的領域方面，因著
我自己興趣所在，也自有所偏頗。因此，我期待你們把它看做是我的個人推薦，雖然
其中只有很少的部份是我讀過的，但我很盼望你們會願意和我一起去做這個嘗試，在
大生涯中有一個不一樣的選擇。我會努力去念完這份書單，不管終究能走多遠，我也
盼望有心的人加入。
也許，未來這份書單會再更新，有所增減，這個過程將是無止盡的，就如精神的成長
、智識的成長一般，是無止盡的。開出這份書單，除了對我自己成長的要求外，也希
望能夠有機會，在未來與你們分享我的成長。
