79 y/o male alcoholism with a Hx of HTN and 2V-CAD s/p PTCA+stent to LAD
sufferred acute onset abdominal pain with radiation to back. The pain didn't
improve while bend the trunk. There were also cold sweating, dyspnea, decreased
urine output. He was brought to our ER where cold lower extremities with
asymmetric pulse intensity was noted. X-ray revealed as below: What is your
