GE Capital Asia Pacific  對 連勝文 職務的敘述

Mr. Lien joined the GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund as an Executive
Director in 2001. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the KMT
Party in Taiwan.

"Given his political role" and access in both Taiwan and Mainland China, he
primarily focuses on deal sourcing and due diligence on Greater China
investments for Asia Pacific Capital Fund II.

 Mr. Lien previously served at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in London, New York
, and Taipei. As Vice President of the Investment Banking Group in Taipei,
his duties included M&A advisory, capital market transactions, and distressed
asset investments in both Taiwan and China. He currently serves on the Board
of Directors for the International Bank of Taipei and the FWU-Sheng Investment
 Co. where he represents his family's holdings. He holds a Bachelor of Law
from Fu-Jen University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

 Mr. Lien is based in Taipei and Shanghai.
