  A quick one today on a potential sleeper from the Dominican Summer League.
Left-hander Geisel De La Cruz is listed at 6-0/139, which means he projects
to be Juan Cruz or Edwar Ramirez-type skinny. He struck out more than a
hitter per inning in 2011 -- 59 in 58 innings -- and walked just 16 while
holding opponents to a .216 batting average. He turns 19 in April and should
be in the United States for 2012.

推 f0857785    :話說Edwar Ramirez跑哪去了 最近好像都沒看到他了
補充一下，雖說這個層級不太具代表性，但由於VSL Rays是相當利於打者發揮的球隊，
所以Andres Gonzalez(SP)、Freddy Alvarez(SP)應該算是滿值得期待的。

除了本文提到的Cruz，DSL的Jorge Rodriguez(RP)、Jose Torres(SP)也值得觀察。

推 srysry      :不過大家都很容易注意到VSL打擊過來鳥掉是通病...
→ srysry      :但其實VSL的投手發展好的也不算多 ...
→ srysry      :其實後來比較接受是在那強弱有點落差的聯盟....
→ srysry      :看第一年在美國的表現吧 會比較知道未來性就是
→ srysry      :不過今年有VSL打者在低階聯盟打出比較接近的成績
推 srysry      :另外VSL進入Rays低階系統之前的打者最多10HRs..
