Druid
* XP Table: We don't want to leave all the druids crying at 14th level, so
we're making an arbitrary XP table for high-level druids. Their spell tables
will also ramp appropriately. This way, druids should be able to frolic at
high levels with everyone else.
* Shapechanging: Druid shapechanging would be altered in how uses are gained.
The druid would gain the ability to transform into a boring beetle at 5th
level, a winter wolf at 7th level, and a polar bear at 9th level. At 11th,
13th, and 15th level, the druid would gain additional uses of the same power.
When the druid shapechanges back into human form, he or she would gain a
small amount of health back.
* Elemental Form: Allow high-level druids to transform into elementals.
They take on the form, elemental resistances and can pound the life out of
things with their huge, elemental pseudopods. The druid would be allowed to
change into a fire elemental at 13th level, an earth elemental at 15th level,
and a water elemental at 17th level. Wheee!
* Immunity to Poison: At 9th level, it would be a nice treat to make druids
immune to poison. It wouldn't make them insanely tough, but it would be
rather cool. They could get hit by traps, stand in Cloudkills, and suck up
drow crossbow bolts with nothing more than a hearty laugh.
* Timeless Body: At 15th level, druids no longer accrue fatigue through
magical or mundane means. Cast Haste on them all day long -- it doesn't
matter. Righteous Wrath of the Faithful? No problem. They're just that cool.
Bard
* Inspire Courage: At 3rd level, bards would gain the ability to play a song
that essentially provides a "Remove Fear" effect. It has a 15' Radius around
them. It lasts as long as they continue playing. If they attempt to do
something else (like move, attack, etc.) they stop playing.
* Inspire Competence: At 5th level, a bard can bestow Luck on everyone around
him once a day. As with all of these powers, if the bard performs another
action, the luck bonus is cancelled.
* Countersong: At 7th level, a bard can sing a Countersong that negates
spells like Silence, Shout, Great Shout, Command, and similar stuff.
It has a 30' Radius.
* Fascination: At 9th level, a bard can enthrall creatures with his playing.
All living creatures who have a line of sight on the bard would save vs.
spells or be Enthralled for a number of rounds equal to the bard's level.
If they are attacked, the Enthrallment ends. Otherwise, they just stand
around like dummies.
* Inspire Greatness: At 11th level, a bard can grant a bunch of bonuses to
his teammates -- basically, an improved bard song. +20 hit points, +2 to hit
and damage, +2 to saves as long as the bard is playing and the characters are
within 30 feet.
