Ranger
* Extra Hated Enemies: Allow rangers to gain additional hated enemies every
5 levels (5th, 10th, 15th, 20th). By allowing them to take additional hated
enemies, players can feel like their rangers still are worthwhile throughout
the game.
* Earlier Spell Access: Allow rangers to use the spell progression table
listed in the 3E PHB. This makes their spell access actually worthwhile.
Paladin
* Smite Evil: Allow paladins to call down a column of holy light and smash
evil 1/Day. It does 1d6 points of damage for every 3 levels of the paladin.
Yay!
* Divine Courage: Allow paladins to innately be immune to fear once they hit
3rd level.
* Divine Health: Allow a paladin's immunity to disease to extend to magical
diseases.
* Earlier Spell Access: Allow paladins to have earlier spell access, as
listed in the 3E PHB.
As you might have noticed, all of these changes are listed in very "would"
"could" sort of hypothetical terms. We will probably be able to implement
many of these changes, but don't count on all of them going on.
