FORT MYERS, Fla. — When the Red Sox and Bobby Jenks cut ties last season,
the troubled reliever was in the middle of a 45-day stay at a luxury rehab
clinic in Malibu, Calif.

紅襪釋出Bobby Jenks時，他正在加州戒(毒&酒)癮中心進行45天的療程。

Florida court documents show Jenks was admitted to Cliffside Malibu, which
treats drug and alcohol addiction, on June 7, 2012 — about 10 weeks after he
was arrested and charged with DUI following a visit to a Fort Myers strip
club on March 23, 2012.

2012年3月23日他從...出來之後DUI，十週後去了診所。

The DUI charges against Jenks were settled Dec. 10, when he pleaded no
contest to reckless driving and hitting a parked car. He was sentenced to six
months of probation that restricts his driving to work purposes only and he
paid the court about $2,200.

判決在去年12/10出爐，緩刑六個月，期間只能因工作因素開車。他也繳了$2200。

Jenks was required to complete a substance abuse program as part of his
probation. Peter Ringsmuth submitted the letter from Cliffside Malibu as
proof that Jenks had already fulfilled that obligation months before the case
was settled.

他也被要求完成戒癮療程。Cliffside Malibu表示Jenks在判決出爐前已經完成療程了。
